i saw this... it made me smile.... i wanted to share!

Seeing as I work for a retail shop and my role is Marketing & Communications, and I went to university and did media and popular culture studies, its only natural then, that i love and appreciate good advertising, and abhor bad advertising.

2 posts ago, I posted the Limited ed. Danny Kass Nike Snowboarding boot. Not only do I love the design of the boot, and Danny Kass, but the ad is a real gem in and of itself.

Good ads have me at first just enjoying them as a passive consumer, and of course, the moment I think about the ad again, not only does that lead to the fact the ad was effective... but I start to wonder why.

I'm not going to get into any of the reasons why I personally believe ads are good or not... but I thought I would share two more ads that I absolutely love, both for distinctly different reasons - although both use humour, like the danny kass one.

As I 'researched' into this post, I came across a few more funny ads that I really enjoyed. I could probably fill this post with more ads, but isn't that the problem with entertainment these days, too much advertising?
